Yes. The cloud storage cost calculator, the disk cataloging tool, and the duplicate file finder are free, with no account, no email address, and no time limit. There's no paid tier behind a signup.
No. The cost calculator only does arithmetic on the numbers you type. The disk catalog reads file names and sizes locally. The duplicate finder also reads the bytes of files that share a size, hashes them in your browser, and does not send the files, names, or checksums anywhere. CSV exports are downloaded locally.
No. They run in a modern browser and work without Tusk. The disk catalog and the duplicate finder use the folder picker in Chrome, Edge, Arc, and Brave, including a drive you just plugged in. Safari and Firefox fall back to a standard folder chooser. The checksum still runs locally.
